Free COVID Testing Site Opens Tomorrow in Franklin

FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — A free COVID walk-up testing site will be opening tomorrow in Franklin.

According to a public notice from the Venango County Department of Public Safety, the new testing site, located at 737 Elk St. in Franklin at the corner of Elk and Eighth streets, will be open February 1 through February 12.

Hours of Operation:

February 1-4: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
February 5: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
February 8-9: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
February 10: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
February 11: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
February 12: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Note: participants are asked to access the parking lot from the Eighth Street side.

The testing site is being opened by the Venango County Commissioners and the Venango County Department of Public Safety in coordination with the Pennsylvania Department of Health.
